Our Process: We begin by conducting a Gap Analysis Assessment. At the end of the assessment, we provide you with a written report that is not just a checklist of nonconformities, but the necessary actions that need to be taken to meet the requirements of your benchmark audit standard.

We will also collect information to develop your food safety manual remotely. This saves a company time whereby you the “practitioner” or Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) can focus on nonconformities identified in the gap assessment. Instead of repetitive consulting visits we offer remote guidance from one of our highly trained expert consultants.

Our customer focused apporach saves your organization thousands of dollars from repetitive visits and travel expenses as well as a more practical and timely approach to getting certified. We then perform a closure visit to conduct verification of the food safety system with your team and to confirm that the identified nonconformances have been satisfactorily closed out.
