Our team is hosting a Virtual Remote Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCQI) Training.

Attendees  will receive a FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)  certificate upon completion. This 20 hour course covers the  “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA. Participants must attend  the entire stated course duration.

These virtual courses are  taught by Lead Instructors trained by the FSPCA, who have been  instructed in how to teach the FDA-recognized standardized curriculum.

The virtual remote training will cover

• Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)

• Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
