About the event
Our team is hosting a Virtual Remote Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) Training.
Attendees will receive a FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certificate upon completion. This 20 hour course covers the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA. Participants must attend the entire stated course duration.
These virtual courses are taught by Lead Instructors trained by the FSPCA, who have been instructed in how to teach the FDA-recognized standardized curriculum.
The virtual remote training will cover
• Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
• Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Hazard Analysis & Preventive Controls
This class is designed for industry, facility, and regulatory employees or supervisors who are responsible to manufacture, process, pack, or hold food products.
Registration Fee: $799 pp (includes participant materials, enrollment & certificate)
Technical Requirements: Participants must have Audio Visual capabilities for their supported OS. An internet connection, speakers and microphone, and webcam capability is required. Visual monitoring is conducted throughout the entire course.
